CDSR is the first company in China that developed oil suction and discharge hoses for offshore moorings(as per OCIMF-1991, the fourth edition) and obtained the first national patent on that in the year 2004, then as the first and the only company in China, CDSR had the prototype (as per OCIMF-1991) approved and certified by BV in the year 2007. In 2014, CDSR became the first company company in China that had its prototype approved as per GMPHOM 2009. In 2017, CDSR was awarded "The Best Contractor of HYSY162 Platform" by CNOOC.
Features of CDSR marine hoses
● Hose type
CDSR marine hose is available in two types: single carcass and double carcass. The single carcass hose can withstand the requirements of the harshest offshore installations. The double carcass hose is a kind of anti-pollution hose, which can effectively prevent oil leakage and environmental damage.
● Pressure Rating
CDSR oil hoses are available with rated working pressures of 15 bar, 19 bar and 21 bar, we also can make high pressure to meet special applications or customer requirements.
● Suitable for various sea conditions
The CDSR Oil Suction and Discharge Hoses have excellent wind wave resistance and flexibility. They can meet the requirements of application under various sea conditions, they can be used in areas where the ambient temperature is between -29 ℃ and 52 ℃, and suitable for the crude oil and liquid petroleum products with a temperature between -20 ° C and 82 ° C, and the aromatic hydrocarbon content not more than 60% by volume (hose for special oil products can be customized according to the needs of users).
● Corrosion resistance
The exposed inner and outer surfaces of end fittings and flanges (including flange faces) are protected against seawater, salt spray and transmission media by hot-dip galvanizing according to EN ISO 1461.
● Easy to install
The CDSR oil hose is easy to install. Before installation, please confirm whether the size and connection mode match; when installing, please pay attention to the flatness of the connection part of the hose, also do not drag and rub the hose excessively, since it may damage the hose. Using CDSR hose can improve work efficiency, reduce failure rate and ensure work safety.
